He is a true champion of the sport and will always find the time to help anyone grow and love archery.
Kurt Geist
Kurt bought his first bow from a pawn shop in 1999. It didn’t long before he was upgrading bows, arrows, releases, just about everything in becoming a better archer. This would be the beginning of what would become a passion, bordering on obsession.
Helping out at his local pro shop, Kurt stays on top of all the new products coming out with hands-on experience. When not wrenching on bows, Kurt is out shooting his bows. Kurt is a multi-time Colorado State 3-D and Target Champion, and holds the Colorado State Field record. He has won the Bowhunter Freestyle Flights at the World Archery Festival in Las Vegas, NV., has won the Big Sky Open twice, not to mention he holds the record for the Bowhunter Championship class. Along with all those accolades, Kurt is a very successful bowhunter and takes his hunting as serious as his target archery. He has just been elected President of the Rocky Mountain Archery Association (RMAA), and is the Colorado Commissioner for the World Series of Archery.
Hamskea Archery Solutions is excited to have Kurt join our team.
